Find the ayurveda clock cycle of Vata, Pitta, Kapha
Handful of greens (spring mix or supergreens)
½ tsp Amla powder
⅛ tsp Ginger powder (¼ tsp in winter)
Choice of berries to make enough quantity of smoothie
Soak 10 raisins/ 2 dates / 1 dried fig overnight and add
Water/coconut water for required consistency
Other fruits - optional
Soaked nuts - optional
For extra sweetness - honey / coconut sugar
Blend everything together.
Drink it slowly sip by sip for 10-15 minutes
Ingredients: CCF - Cumin ½ tsp , Coriander ½ tsp, Fennel ½ tsp
Boil 1 cup of water, add the seeds and boil for 5-10 minutes depending on the preferred strength
Strain the seeds and drink
Golden milk in Summer 🌞- Mix ½ tsp turmeric powder in ½ cup diluted warm milk and drink
Golden Milk in Other Seasons 🌷🍁❄
Ingredients: Turmeric ½ tsp, dry ginger ¼ tsp, black pepper ¼ tsp, Milk ½ cup, Water ½ cup
Boil milk with all the ingredients and cool it until warm
Add 2 tsp honey and drink
Mix Triphala powder – 4 part, Clove powder – 1 part, Sea salt (powdered)- 1/4th part and use it as tooth powder
